I have performed a total Thyroidectomy with preservation of both side recurrent laryngeal nerve and parathyroids.

The patient is 25 years old male diagnosed with cancer of Thyroid. He had undergone superior mediastinal dissection also no drains were put and he got discharged on 2nd post operative day.
